MISSION
Access Advocate is a student-led nonprofit organization committed to raising awareness about human rights and legal issues through the power of storytelling. We create blogs, podcasts, and fundraisers to highlight pressing issues, amplify underrepresented voices, and inspire meaningful action.

Our mission is grounded in education, advocacy, and community engagement. By equipping youth with knowledge of human rights and legal protections, we aim to foster a generation of informed leaders who are not only aware of injustices but also empowered to confront them. Through collective action, we believe young people can spark lasting change, within their schools, communities, and beyond.

Access Advocate was founded by Gayatri, a high school student and public speaker, who recognized how impactful storytelling can be in human rights advocacy. After learning about widespread violations of fundamental rights across the world, she felt compelled to act. She created Access Advocate as a platform for youth to share stories, learn about their rights, and mobilize resources to support communities in need. Her vision is to ensure that every individual, regardless of identity or circumstance, has their basic rights acknowledged, respected, and protected.
